With a name literally translating to “the harbor”, El Mina occupies her modern counterpart Tripoli’s old Phoenician land, now acting as the port for today’s modern Tripoli. One of Lebanon’s oldest beauties alongside Byblos, Tyre and Sidon, she sits along the Levantine coastline surrounded by the largest number of islands.
