Located in the Koura district known for its olive tree cultivation and olive oil production, Kousba hides a mysterious black castle nestled in her mountains. The peculiar Chateau du Liban, unknown to most, was built by a dentist during the civil war as a supposed example of coexistence and a united Lebanon. It oddly also showcases the dentist’s artwork and dentistry equipment.
