Her name literally translating to “top of the mountain” from Arabic, Ras El Matn is rightly perched on the shoulders of Mount Lebanon, overlooking her neighbors against the seascape of the Mediterranean in the distance. Blanketed with pine trees, her grounds house numerous caves and ancient tombs carved into her rocky cliffs and headlands.
